The girls arrived home safely on Friday afternoon. They have told lots of stories and took over 900 pictures. Ashley and Kylee have both said that they miss being in Argentina and with the group from New Mexico. One of the things they have talked a lot about is the food they ate. They tried many foods we don't eat at our house like, goat, lamb, tripe (cows stomach), their favorite seems to be empanadas. Which are usually made with chicken, cheese, and spices then wrapped in a pastry.

We are going to try to make these this week I will let you know how it goes.
