Fourth of July

Our Fourth of July started with Softball. The girls played an early morning game then we went back to the Hotel to keep cool. The temperatures were in the mid to upper 90's in Denver. Then back to the fields for two afternoon games. It was HOT, HOT, HOT! Unfortunately the girls lost and were eliminated from the tournament.

We went back to the Hotel and decided to drive up to Bolder to go to the Pearl St. Mall. What fun, there are street performers and lots of cute shops, although a lot of the shops were closed for the holiday. I would like to go back another time to really get a feeling for the area. There were fireworks but we were not in the right location to see them.
